Cleanliness Specialist Full Time NEW

Position Overview:

The Guest Environment Expert ensures exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel to deliver memorable guest experiences. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping, encompassing a variety of duties that contribute to the overall guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Fulfill guest housekeeping-related requests promptly and professionally
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and Marriott policies
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, presentation, and confidentiality
• Be physically active throughout the shift (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, or reach for extended periods
