Position Summary:

This role is more than just cleaning rooms—it’s about creating memorable guest experiences. As a Guest Environment Expert, you’ll ensure that every part of the hotel, from guest rooms to public spaces, is spotless, welcoming, and ready to impress. You’ll be hands-on and active throughout your shift, empowered to do what’s needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Stock housekeeping carts and maintain supply levels
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of assigned areas
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as required
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lbs
• Follow company policies, health and safety protocols, and confidentiality guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold quality standards
