We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our team and mentor students from grades 8 to 12.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Mentorship:

  • Teach and mentor students from grades 8 to 12 in Chemistry, covering CBSE, IGCSE, and IB syllabi.

  • Provide expert coaching for IIT-JEE and NEET entrance examinations.

  • Conduct regular classes and dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.

  • Develop comprehensive study materials for IIT-JEE, NEET, and other entrance programs.

  • Review and enhance existing study materials to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

  • Create engaging assignments, practice questions, test papers, and daily practice worksheets.

  • Conduct extra classes to support struggling students and challenge high achievers.

• Syllabus & Student Progress:

  • Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining high student satisfaction, as well as satisfaction from parents and management.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and transparent work environment.

  • Actively monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to ensure consistent improvement.

• Professional Development & Engagement:

  • Continuously update knowledge and stay abreast of new educational resources, techniques, and best practices.

  • Actively participate in organizational events and initiatives to promote the academic community.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Graduate in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Postgraduate (M.Sc./M.Phil in Chemistry).

• Experience:

  • 2-5 years or more of teaching experience.

  • Proven expertise in teaching Chemistry for IIT-JEE/NEET entrance examinations.

  • Strong understanding of CBSE, IGCSE, and IB curricula.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.

  • Strong passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
