Position Overview

Master Catering is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Dubai. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals following company recipes and quality expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Consistently follow HACCP and food safety protocols
• Perform under pressure to meet kitchen and service timelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in receiving and correctly storing food and kitchen supplies
• Communicate clearly in English with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years working in a hot kitchen
