The role focuses on building and expanding an international network of property agents, driving qualified leads, and increasing business development revenue. You will develop strategic partnerships, onboard agents, and ensure ongoing training and motivation to maximize their sales performance.
Build and manage a growing network of international agents and brokers.
Organize and lead presentations, training sessions, and incentive programs.
Regularly communicate with agents, providing updates, support materials, and performance feedback.
Identify areas for improvement in the business development pipeline.
Represent The First Group in roadshows and international business trips.
Maintain strong relationships with current agents to ensure loyalty and productivity.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved through direct bookings and partner sales.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales, business development, or agent onboarding.
Fluent in English (Arabic and/or French highly desirable).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of real estate investment models (preferably hospitality-focused).
Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Must be presentable, punctual, and professional in all dealings.
