Key Responsibilities:

Surveillance Monitoring:
Operate and monitor all CCTV and security systems within the Control Centre in line with SIRA and Dubai Police regulations.
Incident Reporting:
Accurately document all incidents, activities, and observations in a clear written format.
Communication:
Provide professional responses via radio and telephone, ensuring efficient communication with field officers and relevant departments.
Compliance:
Ensure CCTV system usage complies with legal standards, particularly regarding evidence collection and system security.
System Maintenance:
Report equipment failures to the supervisor promptly to ensure continuous and optimal system operation.
Field Officer Support:
Perform regular checks on field security staff to confirm alertness and task execution.
Control Room Security:
Maintain the confidentiality and security of the control room and all system data.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role.
- Experience in private/commercial security is a plus.
Certifications:
- SIRA-issued CCTV Operator/Security Systems Operator Certificate is mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Multitasking and independent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with security protocols and emergency procedures.
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Preference for candidates on a visit visa or cancelled visa.
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Dubai.
