Role Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Business Intelligence team by developing and analyzing product performance metrics to provide strategic insights that drive data-informed decision-making. The role collaborates across various business units—including Private Bank, Wealth at Work, and Citigold—to enhance reporting and foster a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analyses on large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and related tools

Translate complex data into actionable insights for business partners and senior leadership

Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and processes to improve reporting and analysis

Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and design data-driven solutions

Track and improve decision strategies through ongoing collaboration and feedback
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

2-4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services

Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization techniques

Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis principles

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and attention to detail
