Business Development Executive – Driving Full Time NEW

Identify new sales opportunities, generate customers, report competitor activities, and sell water and NFPC products. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new customers (Residential & Small Commercial) through Door-to-Door campaigns.
• Ensure customer retention via wallet top-ups for signed-up clients.
• Collect accurate data and update systems for confirmed sign-ups.
• Meet annual sales targets for new customers.
• Upsell Non-5-Gallon products during sign-ups.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and offers.
• Maintain a balance between regular and discount-priced sign-ups.
• Periodically audit FOC coolers provided to commercial customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct sales or Door-to-Door campaign experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
• Proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Presentable with excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
