We are currently looking for a dynamic, client-facing professional with excellent communication and technical skills to join our Professional Services team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct system and business process reviews to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for client productivity gains
• Train clients on Yardi software systems and manage ongoing integrations, updates, and maintenance
• Research, analyze, and resolve technical software issues and reporting challenges
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, expertise, and excellent service
• Collaborate with internal teams (analysts, developers, sales, marketing) to address complex client needs
• Support data mapping, conversions, and documentation for smooth implementation
• Contribute to a shared solutions knowledge base through documentation and best practices
• Guide clients in adopting Yardi’s ancillary products and services aligned with their business goals
• Provide consulting expertise on industry best practices and product application
• Travel up to 50% within the region to support clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software/business process consulting or related roles
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Critical thinker with the ability to challenge assumptions and offer innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft OS, networks, relational databases, and SQL/Oracle
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%)
• Fluency in Arabic is required

• Experience with Yardi software products
• Familiarity with the property management industry and competing platforms
