Material Receipt & Inspection: Receive, inspect, and store scaffolding materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, promptly reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Material Issuance: Issue materials as required, ensuring detailed logs are kept for each transaction.
Coordination: Coordinate with procurement and project managers to ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials.
Storage & Safety: Ensure that storage areas are clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to track stock movements and material usage.
Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile with physical stock to ensure accuracy.
Tool & Equipment Management: Manage the log for issuance and return of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and accountability.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Store Keeper in the scaffolding and services industry within the UAE.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials, services, and logistics.
Skills: Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Good communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with different teams.
Work Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
