Monitor stock levels, assist with supply orders, and take steps to reduce food waste.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Adapt meals to meet customer dietary requirements and preferences when needed.
Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
Collaborate with the bakery and coffee team to provide a unified and high-quality breakfast experience.
Proven experience working as a Breakfast Chef in a bakery, café, or restaurant environment.
Strong skills in breakfast cooking techniques, plating, and a good understanding of modern café trends.
Solid knowledge of food hygiene practices, safety regulations, and allergen handling.
Culinary certification or relevant formal training is preferred.
