Company Overview

Seoul Spot is a fast-growing, Korean-themed experiential kiosk that combines K-pop photo booths, karaoke, and curated retail. We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Coordinator to elevate our visibility and drive in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Create a weekly content calendar
• Engage with our community regularly

Retail Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Brief and support shop staff to promote current offers
• Lead in-mall activations and promotions
• Collaborate with the team to enhance visual merchandising

Community Engagement & Events

• Organize monthly community events targeting Gen Z and students
• Support and activate brand ambassadors

Content Coordination

• Coordinate content creation with designers, staff, and creators

Partnerships & Growth Marketing

• Initiate collaborations with schools, cafés, dance studios, etc.
• Launch WhatsApp marketing for previous customers
• Encourage and manage Google reviews to boost online presence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media marketing
• Background in retail marketing or sales communication
• Bonus: Interest in K-pop, K-dramas, or youth culture
• Proactive, independent, and creative personality
• Strong communication in English (Arabic or Korean is a plus)
