About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to provide personalized instruction in Chemistry and Biology. As a tutor, you will work closely with students to improve their understanding, confidence, and academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
• Evaluate student strengths and weaknesses to develop customized learning plans
• Create engaging lesson plans and learning materials
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering regular feedback to both students and parents
• Foster motivation and academic confidence in students
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents or guardians
• Stay updated with current educational trends and tutoring techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
• Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE/IGCSE Chemistry and Biology (minimum 1 year required)
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to build strong rapport with students
• Patient, flexible, and genuinely passionate about teaching

Additional Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to travel within Dubai (up to 50%)
• Prior tutoring or classroom teaching experience preferred
