Role Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented Bar Back to join our vibrant F&B team. In this role, you will support bartenders with daily operations, ensure the bar is well-stocked and clean, and assist in creating a smooth, enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and surfaces meet hygiene standards.
• Support bartenders with drink prep and logistical tasks such as changing kegs and replenishing stock.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Ensure all back-of-house and storage areas are tidy and compliant with safety and sanitation policies.
• Greet and assist guests with professionalism when needed.
• Handle cash or payment transactions if required by the outlet.
• Participate in bar opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Be ready to take on additional tasks as requested by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality setting, ideally within a luxury or lifestyle brand.
• Familiarity with bar operations and beverage stock management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Energetic personality with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative settings but can also work independently.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
