Banking Telemarketing Executive Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-driven female telecallers to join our banking sales team in Dubai. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of financial products — including credit cards, personal loans, and savings accounts — on behalf of one of the UAE’s leading banks. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote banking products.
• Present product details clearly, highlighting benefits and features.
• Generate leads and arrange appointments when necessary.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately record customer details and maintain updated databases.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in banking or finance.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE (visit or residence visa holders).
