Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Banking & Financial Services Associate to join our expanding team in Dubai. In this position, you will act as the main point of contact between clients and financial institutions. You will assist with operational, compliance, and banking tasks while ensuring that all services meet UAE financial regulations. The role also involves close collaboration with our internal audit, advisory, and compliance departments to deliver seamless, high-standard financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their banking and financial requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in account openings, perform KYC/AML checks, and support day-to-day banking operations.
• Coordinate with partner banks and institutions to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and client documentation.
• Stay updated on UAE banking laws, AML policies, and compliance frameworks to maintain full legal adherence.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A university degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or corporate advisory within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and AML/KYC procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and accuracy in work.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
