Al Seer Group is seeking a highly organized and responsible Banking Officer to join its finance team in Dubai. This role is designed for professionals who have a strong understanding of corporate banking operations and are capable of managing financial transactions with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism. The Banking Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily banking activities and maintaining strong coordination with banking partners.

Salary

• AED 4,500 – 7,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and fund transfers
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Monitor company bank accounts and maintain proper cash flow control
• Coordinate with banks for account maintenance, documentation, and compliance matters
• Assist in preparing cash flow reports and banking-related financial summaries
• Track incoming and outgoing payments and ensure timely settlements
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in bank statements efficiently
• Review bank charges and transaction costs to support cost control
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE banking regulations
• Support audits and financial reviews by maintaining complete banking documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in banking operations, treasury, or corporate finance
• Knowledge of UAE banking procedures is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial documentation
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an added benefit)
