Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Banking / Finance Specialist to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will focus on delivering tailored banking and wealth-management solutions to high-net-worth and expatriate clients. You will collaborate closely with our tax advisors, mortgage brokers and wealth-planning consultants to deliver a holistic service offering. This role requires strong commercial banking acumen and client-facing communication skills to support growth in our region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client banking relationships: opening and maintaining cross-border accounts, loans, deposits and investment facilitation.
• Liaise with internal teams (tax, mortgages, financial planning) to ensure seamless client journeys and integrated service delivery.
• Analyse clients’ financial needs, risk-profiles and structure investment or banking solutions accordingly.
• Support business development: identify new banking opportunities, prepare proposals, presentations and support onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, KYC/AML procedures and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records, client documentation and contribute to operations improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in banking, wealth-management or private-client services—ideally within the UAE or international context.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in building relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of banking products, cross-border finance and regulatory considerations in the UAE.
• Proven analytical ability and a client-service mindset aligned with delivering high-quality advice and solutions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
• UAE work permit eligibility (or ready to obtain) is required.
