Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Banking & Financial Audit Specialist to join our Dubai office. The role involves conducting detailed audits for banking and financial clients, ensuring full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and international accounting standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with top-tier clients while developing your expertise in the region’s growing financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits and assurance engagements for banking and financial institutions.
  • Review financial statements and internal control systems to identify discrepancies.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with audit managers to ensure audit quality and timely completion.
  • Advise clients on accounting best practices, risk management, and compliance.
  • Stay current with UAE banking laws and international financial reporting updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial audit or assurance services.
  • In-depth understanding of IFRS and UAE banking compliance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and auditing software.
