Job Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Ballet & Gymnastics Teacher for our Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance and fitness, strong teaching skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans in ballet and gymnastics
• Teach students ranging from beginner to advanced levels across various age groups
• Promote strength, flexibility, balance, agility, and musicality through targeted exercises
• Monitor and document student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Foster a supportive and disciplined learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians on student development
• Maintain safety protocols and studio discipline at all times
• Be available for classes during evenings and weekends, as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in ballet and/or gymnastics (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, patient, and encouraging teaching style
• Ability to manage and engage large groups of students
• Teaching certification or relevant qualifications (preferred)
