Job Summary

We are hiring a talented Chef to join our team and prepare high-quality, delicious meals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment (e.g., knives, pans, scales)
• Study recipes and gather required ingredients
• Cook dishes in a timely and consistent manner
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff as needed
• Inform wait staff about daily specials
• Ensure meals are well-presented and plated properly
• Supervise cooks and assist in food preparation when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Familiarity with grillers, salad making, and Arabic cuisine
• Proficiency in culinary techniques, baking, and pastry preparation
• Strong leadership and delegation skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent time management and kitchen organization
• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
