AV Services Supervisor Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily AV operations and ensure all systems (audio, video, lighting) are fully functional for events
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for live shows and entertainment
• Support the AV Manager in supervising and training AV staff
• Maintain AV equipment: conduct routine checks and manage inventory
• Collaborate with other departments and event teams to deliver tailored AV solutions
• Keep detailed records of issues, resolutions, and daily AV operations
• Recommend upgrades and improvements based on industry trends and tech innovations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the AV department

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in AV Technology, Media Production, or a related field
• Experience: 3+ years in hotel/resort AV, with a strong technical background
• Proficiency in AV software, systems, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays if required
