Automotive Customer Service & Project Coordinator Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing client and vendor calls professionally.
• Create, manage, and update daily and weekly project reports for both management and clients.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive repair, maintenance services, and parts.
• Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations related to ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor and follow up on scheduled maintenance services for fleet or project vehicles.
• Identify and pursue lead generation and business development opportunities with manufacturers and partners.
• Maintain accurate logs of client communications and queries.
• Coordinate with mechanical technicians for parts orders and stock management.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the automotive industry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office space for both internal and client-facing needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Deep understanding of vehicle services, parts, and maintenance.
• Professional telephone manners and client-handling capabilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling service complaints.

• Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
