Automated Supply Chain Coordinator Part Time NEW

Position Overview

We are a global leader in innovative airport logistics solutions, specializing in baggage and cargo handling systems, logistics process digitalization, and comprehensive maintenance services. Our clients include major airports and airlines worldwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and warehouse operations under the guidance of the Logistics Manager

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries to warehouse and project sites

• Maintain accurate logistics documentation including shipment records, customs clearance papers (Bayan, Bill of Entry), and Saudi SABER certifications

• Update and manage the Delivery Control Schedule with current shipment statuses

• Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve any delays or issues

• Work closely with customs brokers to ensure smooth import/export processes

• Prepare logistics performance reports and assist with KPI tracking

• Process service provider invoices and coordinate with finance teams

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards for quality, safety, and security

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics costs

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of logistics coordination experience, preferably in industrial automation

• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and clearance platforms (Dubai Trade, Bayan)

• Experience with Saudi certification requirements (SASO/SABER)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP (ERP) is advantageous

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination
