Association Operations Manager Full Time

About the Company

We are a MOLLAK-approved Owners Association Management Company based in Dubai, providing comprehensive property and community management services for Jointly Owned Properties. As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Owners Association Manager to lead our operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service to property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Owners Association in compliance with MOLLAK and RERA regulations.
• Source and secure new property management opportunities within Dubai’s real estate market.
• Act as the main point of contact between property owners, government authorities, and service providers.
• Represent the company at meetings and coordinate with RERA, MOLLAK, Dubai Municipality, and other relevant departments.
• Lead and manage operational staff including maintenance teams, MEP technicians, cleaners, and security personnel.
• Implement effective service fee collection and recovery procedures from joint property owners.
• Oversee Escrow Account management, maintaining coordination with banking partners.
• Prepare and present detailed operational and financial reports to property owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement, staffing, and maintenance to support smooth operations across all managed properties.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, with at least 5 years in an Owners Association Management role under MOLLAK.
• Deep understanding of MOLLAK and RERA regulations, community management procedures, and Escrow operations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale property portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Preference will be given to candidates currently on visit or cancelled visas who can join immediately.
