SkinLaserDubai.com is looking to hire a talented and creative Architect to support the growth and development of its premium skin and laser treatment facilities in Dubai.This role is ideal for a design professional who combines practical architectural expertise with a creative approach to space planning and user-centered design in a healthcare and wellness environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing clinic spaces that reflect the brand’s commitment to modern aesthetics, functional efficiency, and exceptional client experience.

In the role of Architect at SkinLaserDubai.com, you will work alongside leadership and design professionals to develop, plan, and deliver architectural concepts for new clinics, renovations, and spatial improvements. You will ensure that all designs meet regulatory standards, usability requirements, and the highest design quality expectations. The Architect will also be responsible for preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents that support both practical implementation and compliance with local building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion for clinic spaces.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure all designs comply with Dubai building regulations, safety standards, and clinic operational needs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and verify adherence to design specifications.
• Support the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures that enhance aesthetics and functionality.
• Prepare project cost estimates and assist in budget planning.
• Provide architectural input during strategic planning for new locations and expansions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in healthcare or commercial projects.
• Strong design skills and proficiency with architectural software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with professionals from different disciplines.
