Vertex Events – Event Architect (Dubai) Full Time

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Architect / Event Design Coordinator to join a dynamic event-focused organization in Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals who have a strong interest in event architecture, exhibition design, and temporary event structures. The role focuses on delivering innovative and practical design solutions for events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and temporary installations across various venues in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be involved in the complete event design process, starting from concept development to on-site execution and final delivery. You will work closely with event managers, production teams, fabricators, and vendors to ensure that all event designs are executed accurately, safely, and within tight timelines. This is a fast-paced role that requires flexibility, creativity, and strong coordination skills, especially during live event setups.

Salary

• AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and event project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and drawings for events and exhibitions
• Prepare detailed event setup plans, 3D visuals, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with production, fabrication, lighting, AV, and décor teams
• Ensure all event designs comply with UAE safety regulations and venue guidelines
• Review materials, structures, and installations before event execution
• Conduct regular site visits during setup and dismantling stages
• Provide technical and design support during live events
• Manage multiple event projects while maintaining quality and timelines

Requirements

• A formal academic qualification in architecture, design, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in event architecture, exhibition design, or temporary structures
• Strong understanding of event setup processes and materials
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and event days
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
