Architect – Full-Time (Dubai Office) Full Time

ALGEDRA Group, a prominent architectural and interior design firm headquartered in Dubai and operating across the UAE and international markets, invites a talented and dedicated Architect to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the full architectural design process—from initial concept and schematic design through design development, detailed drawings, specification writing, and construction coordination—for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interior design, fit-out, landscape, and project management, ensuring alignment of architecture with interior and exterior scope.
• Develop 3D models, visualisations, and architectural presentations to convey design intent and engage clients.
• Prepare technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details), coordinate with consultants and contractors, and oversee compliance with local building regulations, codes, and quality standards.
• Participate actively in site visits, monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure that execution aligns with the original architectural vision.
• Research and specify materials, finishes, and building systems in line with ALGEDRA’s luxury, sustainable, and functional design ethos.
• Support the senior leadership in building client relationships, understanding client brief, and translating it into refined architecture that meets both aesthetic and functional goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture with preferably 3–5 years (or more) of professional experience in architectural design, ideally in luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial buildings.
• Strong design sense, excellent graphic skills, proficiency in 3D modelling/rendering tools (such as Rhino, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max), and advanced software competence (AutoCAD, BIM platforms).
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of building codes, regulations (UAE), construction detailing, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills; ability to work independently and within teams; self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project demands in a fast-paced luxury design environment.
