Architect – Dubai EIC Full Time

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architect to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the integration of architectural design, sustainability, and health & safety principles. In this role, you will work across multidisciplinary projects, supporting the design and implementation of buildings and infrastructure with strong environmental performance, and ensuring compliance with both local codes and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of architectural design solutions aligned with EIC’s emphasis on environmental safety and sustainable built environments.
• Prepare schematic designs, detailed drawings, specifications, and support documentation for approvals and construction.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, environmental, and health & safety disciplines to ensure holistic project delivery.
• Review and integrate local regulations, authority standards, sustainability benchmarks, and EHS guidelines into design.
• Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations, offering architectural expertise and value engineering suggestions.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, assess compliance with design intent, and contribute to project hand-over and as-built documentation.
• Mentor or collaborate with junior team members to uphold design quality, consistency, and EIC’s professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional architectural experience; experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental requirements, and health & safety considerations in building design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
