Architect – DSA Architects Dubai Full Time

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our Dubai design team, working across the full architectural delivery cycle from concept to completion. In this role your focus will be to turn creative ideas into buildable realities, ensuring design quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with engineering and construction disciplines. You will contribute to major hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects, applying both aesthetic insight and practical design expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts, schematic drawings, plans, sections, elevations and 3D visualisations to meet the project brief and client requirements.
• Produce working drawings and construction documentation; ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, interiors, landscape and other consultant teams to integrate all disciplines into a cohesive architectural solution.
• Participate in site visits, review contractor deliverables, respond to site queries and support contract administration and construction supervision as required.
• Contribute to the firm’s sustainable design agenda by selecting appropriate materials, detailing for energy and water efficiency, and helping to implement BIM workflows and other digital design tools.
• Assist in client meetings, presentations and design workshops; maintain professional communication with stakeholders and support the design development process.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation; experience in the GCC or Middle East region is preferred.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software such as Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; strong presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); effective communicator, organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A design-driven mindset, attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability and enthusiasm for delivering excellence in built form.
