Job Summary:

The Architect will play a key role in developing and managing architectural designs from concept to completion. The position requires a creative mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to align aesthetic design with practical functionality and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts, drawings, and layouts for new construction and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment of architectural goals.
• Prepare design documentation, technical reports, and construction specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable design principles across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to achieve high-quality results within project timelines.
• Participate in design reviews, presenting ideas and updates to management teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A recognized academic qualification in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; advanced education in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in industrial or commercial architecture within the UAE.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and modern architectural design tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional design sense, precision in detailing, and a results-driven approach to managing multiple projects effectively.
