Agile Delivery Manager – Group Services Full Time

Job Purpose:

As Agile Delivery Manager, you will lead high-performing scrum teams and manage the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive revenue. You’ll implement best-fit delivery frameworks, ensure alignment with business goals, and continuously foster a culture of agility and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Agile & Project Delivery

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Reviews, Standups, and Scrum of Scrums.

  • Balance agile and traditional delivery methodologies to suit initiative size and complexity.

  • Champion Agile governance and quality standards (e.g., Definition of Done, sustainable pace).

🔹 Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Build a safe, trusting team environment that encourages open communication and issue resolution.

  • Use servant leadership to support team members, remove blockers, and enable autonomy.

  • Support Technical Product Managers in maintaining transparency and managing expectations.

🔹 Performance & Process Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery cycles using agile metrics (velocity, defects, etc.).

  • Maintain and utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ScrumDesk, and ServiceNow ITBM.

  • Assist in backlog refinement, cost estimation, and total cost of ownership preparation.

🔹 Vendor & Governance Management

  • Oversee vendor engagements, including managing RFx processes and procurement lifecycles.

  • Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

  • Monitor schedule adherence and deliverables across business units.

Qualifications & Experience:

   Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.

  • Certified SAFe & PMI-ACP (additional certifications like CSM, PRINCE2, PMI-PMP are a plus).

   Professional Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Agile delivery roles.

  • Proven track record in large-scale technology projects in matrix/global environments.

  • Experience managing vendor lifecycles and leading RFx processes end-to-end.

   Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in delivery tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow ITBM, MS Office Suite.

  • Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery practices.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
