About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our financial operations, company documentation, and administrative functions. This role requires expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, and administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:

Prepare Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other reports using QuickBooks in compliance with international accounting standards.

Handle month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.

Record daily financial transactions, including purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Reconcile customer and supplier accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on due payments and electronic fund transfers.

Manage petty cash and track all business expenditures.

Perform bank reconciliations, credit card expense tracking, and Binance account reconciliations.

Ensure VAT filing compliance, preparing VAT returns before deadlines.

Manage payroll and inventory tracking, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Prepare weekly MIS reports and cash flow statements.

Maintain professional relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients.
Administrative & PRO Responsibilities:

Full management of company documentation, including business registrations, KYC updates, and renewals.

Handle renewals of commercial licenses, insurances, vehicle registrations, and other corporate compliance tasks.

Manage employee visas, Emirates ID processing, and labor contracts in coordination with PRO services.

Oversee LPO (Local Purchase Order) issuance, supplier management, and procurement documentation.

Ensure timely payments for monthly utility bills, rent, and other fixed costs.

Handle additional administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

3+ years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the UAE.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and a strong understanding of international accounting standards.

Experience with VAT filing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and business compliance requirements.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.

Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
