Accounting Associate – Car Rental Full Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and assist with reporting while maintaining compliance with UAE accounting and VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, receipts, and payments.
• Track customer payments, prepare account summaries, and handle collections professionally.
• Reconcile rental agreements and vehicle handovers with financial records in coordination with the operations team.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and expense statements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Support administrative duties such as filing, contract documentation, and client communications as required.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai, UAE with immediate availability preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and customer interaction abilities.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
