Accountant + RVG Chartered | Dubai Full Time

Job Summary:

Is role mein aap finance & accounting team ka integral hissa banenge, jahan aap day-to-day financial transactions handle karenge, timely aur accurate financial reports taiyaar karenge, audits ke liye support provide karenge aur company ki compliance aur controls ko enhance karne mein madad karenge. Aapko analytical mindset, attention to detail aur process improvement ka junoon chahiye hoga.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable aur general ledger transactions ko record aur process karna, timely aur accurate tareeke se.
• Monthly, quarterly aur annual financial statements aur management reports prepare karna, company policies aur applicable accounting standards ke mutabiq.
• Bank aur ledger reconciliations karna, variances identify karna aur timely resolution ensure karna.
• UAE VAT aur corporate tax filings ke liye support provide karna, aur regulatory compliance obligations ko ensure karna.
• External aur internal audits ke liye documentation prepare karna, schedules ready rakhna aur auditors ke saath liaise karna.
• Accounting systems ya ERP implement-/upgrade-projects mein participate karna, backlog accounts update karna aur standard operating procedures (SOPs) improve karna.
• Finance team ke saath milkar financial controls, reporting processes aur operational efficiencies ko enhance karna.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Accounting, Finance ya related discipline mein Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant accounting experience (role ke level ke mutabiq) — accounts, reporting aur compliance ka accha track record.
• MS Excel aur accounting software/ERP systems ka proficient use. UAE environment mein accounting ya free-zone/mainland operations ka experience plus point hoga.
• UAE VAT aur Corporate Tax regulations ka basic understanding; general accounting standards ka accha gyaan.
• Numerical aur analytical skills bahut strong, organisational aur time-management skills excellent.
• English mein effective communication skills zaroori hain; Arabic knowledge beneficial ho sakti hai, ya optional.
• Independent work karne ki ability, ek team-setting mein collaborate karne ki capacity, aur changing priorities ke saath agile rehne ki readiness.
