Role Overview:
GulfTalent, one of the largest online job portals in the Middle East, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join its Sales team in Dubai. This role focuses exclusively on account management, driving sales through client retention, up-selling, and cross-selling to existing and dormant clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and retain existing client accounts while reactivating dormant accounts.

Engage with target companies across the Middle East through calls and emails.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities.

Upsell and cross-sell GulfTalent’s online recruitment products to clients.

Provide consultative solutions to meet clients’ hiring needs and recommend best services.

Attend client meetings in the UAE and occasionally in other Middle Eastern countries.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms with decision-makers in HR, Finance, and Procurement.

Consistently follow up on leads and liaise with multiple stakeholders to close deals.

Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations to improve GulfTalent’s offerings.
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in English (verbal & written)
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in account management & client development
✔ Proven B2B sales experience with a track record in client retention & revenue growth
✔ Strong negotiation, consulting, and persuasion skills
✔ Ability to engage with clients at all levels, from HR managers to top executives
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Detail-oriented, with a consultative and customer-centric approach
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
