Crowne Plaza® is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional hospitality for modern business travelers. This customer-facing role plays a vital part in creating meaningful guest interactions through warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and acknowledge returning IHG Rewards Club members.

Manage guest check-in/check-out processes, handle payments, and room key issuance.

Handle reservations, upsell amenities, and promote hotel features to enhance stays.

Assist guests with inquiries, messages, preferences, and complaints professionally.

Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.

Support colleagues in additional duties as needed.

Stay informed about daily hotel events and promotions.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in front desk or guest services, ideally in a 5-star hotel.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Proficient in Opera or similar reservation systems.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma required; a hospitality degree is a plus.

Confident, tech-savvy, and a team player with initiative.
