Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations for commercial, residential, and enterprise projects
• Prepare construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project feasibility
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and design accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Present concepts, proposals, and revisions to clients and stakeholders
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned projects
• Provide innovative solutions to design and structural challenges
• Maintain detailed records of project updates and approvals
• Stay updated with modern architectural trends, materials, and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and completed projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar software
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sustainable or green building design
• Familiarity with BIM technology
• Project coordination and cost estimation skills
• Strong presentation and visualization abilities
• Professional certifications are an advantage
