Job Summary

Technosteel Construction LLC is expanding its security team and is looking for disciplined and dependable Security Guards to protect its facilities across Dubai. The company operates large construction sites, warehouses, and office spaces that require continuous monitoring to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and equipment. The selected candidates will manage daily security operations, prevent unauthorized access, and respond effectively to any safety concerns. Responsibilities

• Guard and monitor company premises at all times
• Control access points and verify visitor identification
• Conduct routine patrols of buildings, yards, and construction areas
• Observe surroundings and report suspicious activities
• Maintain security logs and incident reports
• Operate CCTV cameras and other monitoring equipment
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances
• Assist in enforcing safety procedures and company policies
• Support evacuation processes during emergencies
• Protect company property and assets from damage or theft

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Valid UAE Security Guard or SIRA license is preferred
• Previous experience in security or site protection is beneficial
• Basic English communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
