The selected candidate will oversee daily logistics activities to ensure products move smoothly from suppliers to warehouses and retail outlets. You will be responsible for shipment planning, tracking deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy, and preparing essential documentation. The role requires strong coordination skills to work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to avoid delays and maintain operational efficiency.

Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities are critical, as you will handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. You will also help improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with UAE transportation and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents
• Track orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers and transport partners
• Resolve logistics issues and delays quickly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of relevant logistics or warehouse experience
• Good knowledge of inventory control and transportation systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
