Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions and bookkeeping entries
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare invoices, process payments, and monitor outstanding balances
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain general ledger accounts and verify data accuracy
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with VAT returns, tax documentation, and regulatory filings
• Support internal and external audits by organizing financial records
• Track company expenses and assist with budgeting and cost control
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of all financial information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and UAE financial regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
