RASM Architect Jobs in Dubai Internship

At RASM, you will take ownership of projects from early planning stages through design development and final construction. Your work will involve preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations, along with coordinating specifications and materials. You will collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Regular site visits will be required to monitor progress, maintain quality, and ensure that designs are implemented accurately.

Internship candidates will support senior architects with drafting, research, and documentation tasks while learning industry practices through hands-on involvement in live projects. This structured learning experience is designed to help new professionals strengthen both technical and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, drawings, and design concepts
• Create 2D/3D models and technical documentation
• Coordinate with consultants and construction teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Salary

Full-Time: AED 6,000 – AED 10,000 per month

Internship: AED 1,500 – AED 3,000 monthly stipend
