Housekeeping Jobs – Bastaki Heritage Hospitality Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms on a daily basis, including bed making, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and complete bathroom sanitation
• Ensure all rooms meet hygiene and cleanliness standards before guest check-in and during occupied stays
• Maintain cleanliness of public and common areas, including corridors, staircases, lounges, and staff areas
• Replace, collect, and organize linens and towels according to housekeeping procedures
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly while following workplace safety guidelines
• Inspect rooms and assigned areas for damages or maintenance issues, and report them promptly to the supervisor
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and work instructions provided by the housekeeping supervisor
• Respect guest privacy at all times and maintain a polite, professional, and respectful attitude

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred, but motivated and disciplined fresh candidates may also be considered
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and stand for extended working hours
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards
• Strong ability to organize work effectively and complete assigned duties within required timeframes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from AED 1,600 to AED 2,200, depending on skills and work performance
