Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team in Dubai. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to supporting students in a positive and structured learning environment. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with classroom teachers to assist with daily academic activities and ensure that students receive the guidance and attention they need to succeed.

In this role, you will support lesson delivery, help manage classroom routines, and provide additional academic assistance to students when required. The Teaching Assistant plays an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and respectful atmosphere that encourages learning, participation, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• Provide individual or small-group academic support to students.
• Help maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
• Prepare learning materials, worksheets, and teaching resources.
• Support students with different learning needs and abilities.
• Supervise students during breaks, activities, and school events.
• Observe student progress and report feedback to the lead teacher.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to classroom operations.

Requirements

• A completed university degree or an equivalent qualification in education or a closely related discipline.
• Prior hands-on experience working in a classroom or learning environment will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English.
