The Airport Passenger Service Executive will assist passengers by providing clear guidance during check-in, boarding, transit, and arrival processes. You will respond to passenger questions related to flights, gates, baggage, and airport facilities in a polite and professional manner.
A major responsibility includes supporting passengers who require additional assistance, such as elderly travelers, families with children, VIP passengers, and passengers with limited mobility. Ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for all passengers is a core part of this role.
You will work closely with airline staff, ground handling teams, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger movement and on-time operations. Handling service-related concerns calmly, providing quick solutions, and maintaining accuracy during peak airport hours are essential duties.
Maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance with safety and service standards is required at all times.
