We are seeking a dedicated and highly professional Hotel Concierge / Guest Experience Executive to join a premium hospitality operation in Dubai. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high hospitality standards. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.

As a key member of the guest services team, you will act as a primary point of contact for guests, providing assistance with daily requests while maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional approach. You will be responsible for understanding guest expectations and delivering service solutions that enhance comfort, convenience, and overall satisfaction. Attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
• Respond to guest inquiries and service requests in a timely and respectful manner
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and amenities
• Assist with reservations, transportation, and special arrangements as required
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams
• Maintain guest confidentiality and discretion, especially for VIP or repeat guests
• Record guest preferences and feedback to support personalized future service

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel services, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive work attitude
• Strong English communication skills are required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
