Role Summary:

The firm is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Banking / Investment Banking Analyst to join its Dubai-based team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and forecasting tools to support advisory assignments.
• Prepare professional presentations, pitch decks, and internal reports for client and management use.
• Assist in transaction execution by supporting due diligence activities and reviewing financial data.

Candidate Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with solid financial modeling ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines and demanding conditions.
