We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support airline operations in Dubai. Position Summary:
The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on aircraft in accordance with approved procedures, technical manuals, and aviation regulations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks as assigned
• Perform aircraft inspections, including transit, daily, and pre-departure checks
• Identify technical issues and assist in fault diagnosis and rectification
• Support licensed engineers during maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure every maintenance task is performed in full alignment with established safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and aviation regulations.
• Accurately complete maintenance documentation and technical records
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and serviceable condition
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely aircraft availability

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or technical certification in Aircraft Maintenance or a related aviation discipline
• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance operations
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, tools, and maintenance procedures
• Maintenance license or technical authorization is considered an advantage
• Willingness to perform duties on rotational schedules, including overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude with effective communication and teamwork abilities
