The Logistics Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end logistics activities while ensuring the efficient flow of goods within defined timelines. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to manage logistics operations in a high-pressure environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics activities related to air, sea, and land transportation.
• Organize shipment plans and ensure goods are dispatched and delivered according to schedule.
• Coordinate with transport partners, suppliers, customs teams, and internal staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Prepare and validate shipping and logistics documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with customs clearance processes while following UAE regulations and internal procedures.
• Monitor shipment progress and take immediate action to resolve delays or disruptions.
• Maintain updated records of shipments, inventory movement, and logistics expenses.
• Support special logistics requirements such as urgent deliveries or project-based shipments.
• Participate in improving operational workflows and reducing inefficiencies within logistics processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Clear communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of logistics systems and standard office software.
