Classroom Teacher Opportunity – NIS Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a motivated and committed Classroom Teacher to become part of a respected international school community in Dubai. Maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment is a core expectation of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Assess student progress regularly using a variety of evaluation methods and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support students of different abilities and learning styles.
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to student reports and assessments.
• Communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding student progress and well-being.
• Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Support extracurricular activities and contribute positively to the overall school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area is required; a teaching qualification is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience in a school setting, ideally within an international or multicultural environment.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A professional attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
